The best food is local food, and the most local you can get is in your own kitchen.  You will learn how to grow bean sprouts in a jar and will be amazed by how much they grow in a short period of time.  Then, we’ll make a Thai-inspired chicken pizza and top it with crunchy bean sprouts, a great treat you can make for Mom!  Students will receive instructions for growing bean sprouts at home.  Pre-registration required.
